Electroplating
IPS is a premier electroplating facility specializing in rack decorative plating for a diverse range of substrates. With both manual and automated plating lines (12 total), we’re versatile and able to service medium- to high-volume customer demands. Our selection of finishes spans the gamut and gives us the opportunity to meet the aesthetic and performance demands of customers in broad industries—everything from automotive, consumer goods, door hardware, window hardware, sporting goods, electronics, medical, gaming to kitchen and bath and any other industry requiring high quality, decorative finishing services in medium to high volume.
Metal Polishing
We’re a complete solutions provider when it comes to metal preparation, polishing, sanding, grinding and burnishing services. We have experience working with forgings, stampings, castings, sheet metal and others. Our facility in Baja California, Mexico includes both automated polishing stations, as well as robotic polishing and several manual polishing stations, plus sand blasting, grinding, and burnishing.
Powder and Liquid Coating
With powder and liquid coating capabilities, you won’t have to look anywhere else for these services. We specialize in clear powder coating, providing products with a greater resistance against corrosion on polished or plated parts. We’ve been masters of this complex, delicate process for more than 25 years! We also offer a wet lacquer process and pigmented powder and painting, depending on the project.
Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)
Through our longstanding partnership with a nearby supplier we’re able to offer our customers physical vapor deposition (PVD) processing and affiliated finishing services. Through this treatment, we’re able to enhance the surface hardness of a component, as well as increase the durability and overall abrasion resistance. It’s just another one of the many services we offer to maximize value for our customers.
